Wranglers owner Gary Jacobs said the team opted not to renew Mougenel’s contract for the 2013-14 season, meaning the Wranglers are officially in the hunt for their third head coach in franchise history. “It’s time for the next step in his career and our organization,” Jacobs said. “We appreciate everything (Mougenel) did for our franchise.” Mougenel went 158-121-26 in his four seasons as the Wranglers’ coach and GM.
